This isn’t just a place to sleep — it’s a full bourbon country experience. When you book The Bourb Inn, Steve personally creates a custom itinerary for your group before you even arrive. He’s spent years building relationships with distillers, chefs, and local guides across Kentucky, and he puts those connections to work for every guest. Think of it as having a personal concierge who happens to live on a beautiful 32-acre property right in the heart of bourbon country.
Steve will be available to build a day-by-day itinerary that includes distillery visits, dining reservations, and activities tailored to your group. He can arrange things you can’t book online — private tastings, behind-the-scenes tours, and introductions to master distillers.
Through partnerships with local distilleries — especially Whiskey Thief, just 7 miles away — Steve arranges VIP tastings that go beyond the standard tour. Every Bourb Inn guest gets a free VIP tasting at Whiskey Thief with promo code “bourbinn.” Depending on your interests and availability, Steve can also set up private barrel picks and off-menu experiences at other Trail distilleries.
Steve has personal relationships with 30+ distilleries along the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. He doesn’t just recommend places — he knows the people. That means he can often arrange private experiences, skip-the-line access, and introductions that aren’t available to the general public. The exact experiences depend on timing and availability, but Steve always goes above and beyond.

The Bourb Inn sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms. There are 2 full bathrooms. The entire cabin and all 32 acres are exclusively yours — we never double-book or share the property.
The cabin includes a fully stocked kitchen, bourbon bar, wrap-around porch with rocking chairs, fire pit, WiFi, washer/dryer, outdoor seating areas, and 32 acres of private Kentucky countryside. Linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided.
The main floor includes the kitchen, living room, and bourbon bar — all accessible without stairs. The wrap-around porch is at grade level. All bedrooms are upstairs, accessed via staircase. Please contact Steve with specific accessibility questions.
Yes — the cabin has high-speed WiFi throughout and cell coverage is good for most carriers. We’re in Waddy, KY — rural but well-connected. Streaming, video calls, and remote work are all possible.
The Bourb Inn is in Waddy, KY 40076 — about 45 minutes from Louisville (SDF airport), 35 minutes from Lexington (LEX), and 2 hours from Cincinnati (CVG). There’s ample free parking on the property. Steve sends detailed driving directions after booking.
